FAQ
- Our 4 bedroom houses range from €260 per night to €320 per night depending on length of stay.
- Rates for guests booked through travel agents and booking platforms may vary depending on commission charges/service/payment terms.
- A non refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure the reservation and the remainder is charged 2 weeks prior to arrival (in the case of long term bookings it is charged every 2 weeks).
- Price includes VAT @ 13.5%, Wifi, 100 tv channels, parking (houses), all towels, linens and a breakfast welcome pack on arrival.
- Electricity fair usage allowance applies to all bookings**. For longer bookings a damage deposit is required.

Our 2 bedroom houses are suitable for a maximum of 4 people (one double room, 1 twin room)

Our 3 bedroom houses are suitable for a maximum of 5 people (one king bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom). Our double and king beds can be split if required in the 3 bedroom houses. For colleagues sharing, we recommend a max of 3 adults in the 3 bedroom houses.

- We are following HSE guidelines for social distancing as well as cleaning the properties. We have been awarded the Covid Safety Charter by Failte Ireland. During cleaning we will thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces and handles as part of our normal routine. All linens and towels are professionally laundered at a very high temperature.
